We usually ship within one weekday of order receipt, with a few exceptions, i.e. we are on vacation or it's a holiday. Choose your shipping option at checkout but note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping carrier Covid delays. RESEARCH shipping guarantees for each carrier before selecting an option so you will be aware of their current delay status and guarantee policies.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. (People will order jewelry, wear it for an event, then try to return it several days later.) We will exchange incorrect or broken items for an identical item, if one is available, once it is returned to us, but we rarely have to do this as we inspect each piece before shipping, and we pack them securely to avoid breakage during shipping.
